I like this a lot. Besides its excellent technical execution, what really caught me were the small 'disturbances' you added to the image contrasting starkly with the initial and obvious cosy mood.
The bars, pills and slanted image are not immediately visible and thus create a growing unease as you notice them.

I really like this a lot. Besides its excellent technical execution I dig the little 'disturbances' you placed inconspicuously throughout the scene.
The bars, pills and slanted image are not immediately recognized but produce an uneasy feeling the longer you watch the image taking away step by step the false cosiness.
I really like such works.
